Reclaiming Strength is an 8–10 bi-weekly closed support and educational group for all Kansas residents who have experienced domestic abuse. Our goal is to assist in your healing by providing information, support, and a platform to share your experiences in a safe and inclusive space. The program is structured around specific topics, including education on DV, dealing with trauma triggers, regaining control, setting boundaries, practicing self-care, coping with the trauma, finding hope, and building resilience. The group is open to individuals aged 18+ and female.

Expressing Emotions Adult is an 8–10 session bi-weekly closed support and educational group for Kansas residents who have ADHD and/or Autism. Our goal is to assist in understanding and navigating emotions by providing information, support, and a platform to share experiences in a safe and inclusive space. The program is structured around specific topics, including understanding emotions, managing sensory and emotional overload, building self-awareness, setting boundaries, practicing self-care, developing coping strategies, improving communication skills, and fostering resilience. The group is open to individuals aged 18+ and of any gender.
